Welcome to the whollycowclothing.co.uk website terms and conditions. Please read through them carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Once your order has entered our dispatching process, we will not be able to make any changes.

Delivery Costs
United Kingdom

*Standard £4 / *Express £5.80

The delivery costs are based on the postal company pricing chart. However we cannot weight the parcel before anyone placing order on our website. As results, the delivery costs we have calculated here cover the order up to 9 units, order more than 9 units will be calculated at the same price only for retail customer.

Delievery Times

We deliver 5 working days – Monday to Friday

For Standard Delivery, we aim to deliver within 5-7 days following the date your order is placed by Recorded Delivery. A signature is required on delivery.

Having trouble tracking your order?
Email us at info@whollycowclothing.co.uk with the date your order was placed, your reference number for each order, your full name, billing address and phone number. We will check your order status and send you an update.

Alternatively, you can call Customer Services and they will update you on the status of your order between 9am and 5pm (GMT/BST), seven days'a week (excluding UK bank holidays): 07970267176. Outside these times, please email us at info@whollycowclothing.co.uk

Price and Payment Options

We accept Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Solo. All prices are inclusive of UK VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information on to the system. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. Sale products are non-returnable.

Please note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Unless otherwise stated, sizes indicated are UK sizes. Please refer to the size guide for clarification.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are inclusive of UK VAT.

Goods are subject to availability.

When you place an order on our website we shall email you an acknowledgement.

If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and it is agreed that the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute. If any terms shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severed and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
